marking our place: artist books

A Sense of Place in Artist Books is an international exhibit at the Architecture Library, University of Minnesota Libraries, fall 2012. Opening reception 19th October, closes 14 December. This appears in part as a companion to the PLaCE Minnesota Conference, October 2012, watch for the Nash Gallery opening, plus other events. PLaCE Minnesota is a part of Mapping Spectral Traces (MST) which collaboratively hosts events yearly around the globe.

About sense of place in artist books

I am an artist. I find the ephemeral place in my art conjured up through practice. I sift through raw materials with my hopes and dreams, and ideas take form as if intended.
